Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.10 Build 20210513 rel.63256(5553)

I am unable to upgrade the file locally and via the official server.

That's really interesting. Are you upgrading through the Tether app or through a computer web browser.

If the former try with the computer browser and see how it goes.

If the latter use another web browser like Firefox.

If the issue persists hard reset the router and try again.

Use this gude for upgrading the device FW.

Case 1 - for manual update

Case 2 - for automatic TP-Link Cloud update

 

If automatic update doesn't work for you then try the manual update.

Thank You, Nothing worked except the hard reset,

 

I still dont know what the issue was
