Hi guys,
I just saw that there is an updated ISP file for my M7450. Since here in Germany the o2 network is still incorrectly shown as E-Plus, which was bought out by o2 years ago, I wanted to try to update the ISP file to fix this.
So I downloaded it from the M7450 support site, unzipped the zip file and tried to upload it to the web interface, but I always get the message "Update failed. The update file may be damaged."
I downloaded it three times and tried everything possible.
Can you please help me?

Yes thats correct. I am using a Multicard from my o2 contract, but the device is always selecting the E-Plus profil.This is also working, but has completely different settings compared to the settings which should be used, therefore I created the o2online APN profile with the recommended settings from o2 (www. o2apn. de).
I used that SIM card in a Huawei LTE E3372 and here o2 is correctly displayed.

Since the default profile also works to connect internet, it will not switch to other available profiles, we will contact the local team to double check the APN settings and if necessary, we will update the ISP file again.

Thought I'd chime in here, in case it helps any.
I can confirm that the M7450 shows E-Plus when used with a German o2 SIM (in Germany), and that the APN definition is somewhat outdated.
Both the default E-Plus profile and a manually created o2 profile seem to work, but even though the Dial-Up page of the web interface shows "o2" under "Profile Name" in "Dial Up Settings", the device's display shows E-Plus.
Internet currently works, but who knows how much longer o2 will support the old APN.
The same SIM shows o2 when used in a smart phone or in a WWAN card in Windows 10.
Hardware: M7450(EU) v2.0
Firmware: 1.0.7 Build 210118 Rel.1019n
ISP Version: 21082501
So here's hoping for an updated ISP file :)
