@Solla-topee Thanks for your reply, I have tried that and still no luck.  I tried pairing another one (AV600) as well and it did work, the problem is only with the AV500.  Any other advise?

  @Solla-topee Yes, the light does flash or blink for almost a minute but it never pairs.

You could try a different wall socket for it & factory reset it and try to pair again.

If the power Led is not flash, it could be a faulty unit, you may contact retailer to check warranty, or purchase a new one to replace it if it is out of warranty.
