Wi-FI connection using Tp Mesh system and Mini USB

Cannot connect to network, on my Desktop. Using TP MINI wireless adapter, and TP Mesh M3 via fibre. All the other devises connect 100% using the mesh system only. My Pc do not have Wi-fi therefore the adapter. Adapter works fine through my cell phone hotspot, but cannot connect on the mesh network.
