@Chace welcome to the community.

I suggest you could connect satellite Deco X60 via an Ethernet cable to the main Deco X60 directly to see whether the Ethernet backhaul could be created.

If yes, the QSW-M804-4c might have some issues with the IEEE 1905.1 protocol.
