Before, the 5GHz network was appearing and working but now it doesn't appear anymore, also even with the normal connection it doesn't appear.

Please perform a factory reset and reconfigure Range extender as configuration guides here:

After factory reset, can you see Extender/ range extender SSID? During the setup process, you could create the SSID for range extender.
