Hi everyone, I installed my archer t2u on ubuntu 20.04.4 and it's working fine on 2.4 ghz wifi connection but the 5.8 ghz connection of my wifi modem do not appear anymore. It appeared initially for a few days but then disappeared.

It could be related to Wi-Fi router channel, you could adjust 5Ghz wifi channel to 36/40/44/48 and see if adapter could see the 5Ghz wifi? 

Why cannot the adapter detect the 5G Wi-Fi of my router?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry but I don't have too much knowledge on linux or configuration stuff, how can I do that? there's a guide where I can find it? Thanks in advance.

It's worth adding that on my cellphone the 5.8ghz wifi connection appears but not on my laptop.

Hello   @Maximo3_ 

Sorry for the late reply, in my last reply it is recommended to change the 5Ghz Wi-Fi channel on the router.
