Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20220530 release 38261

I bought a Costco X3600 Wi-Fi mesh system. I upgraded the firmware to the one listed: 1.1.0 Build 20220530 release 38261. Performance terrible after the update. I need to downgrade back to the previous firmware. However, the model number and version of my system doesn't match that on the website. 
 

where can I find the previous firmware version to downgrade?

Welcome to the community.

I see the last version of Deco X3600 is 1.0.4 and it could not be downgraded directly from 1.1.0 except via firmware recovery.

Maybe you could provide more details about what happed after the firmware upgrade to let us know why the firmware is bad since I see the 1.1.0 just released, I am sure the engineers are very concerned about the firmware feedback.

how do I perform recovery and where do I download the correct firmware? I'm assuming it's through the web interface but I need the previous firmware file.

I believe my hardware version might be 1.6 as that is indicated under the unit. Does that require a different firmware? Is there a way I can locate the firmware myself?

Since I updated to Firmware 1.1.0 on my X68 Mesh system I am having Zoom and Teams issues.  There is lag and drops on these two apps I used for meetings. Nothing else has changed except the firmware update. There are several threads on Deco products having issues with these applications. With the previous firmware I didn't not experience any issues.
