I recently attempted an online firmware upgrade. After rebooting, the option to sign-in with my TP-link ID had disappeared! - I can't remember my previous sign-in details and I don't want to have to do a complete reset. Any ideas?

Were you still having the same issue with web UI login?

It is suggested to test with a different browser.

If you have the issue fixed already, it would be highly appreciated if you could share with us how the issue has been fixed.
