Model: Deco E4  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210512 Rel. 39021

Social Media content (Instagram, Facebook)  is not displaying while connected to the DECO network, it does work while connected to the ISP provided modem.

Tried the solution steps stated on the article.

Clone MAC, etc.
Change the MTU is not enabled on my Deco Model.
Any suggestion or solution will be highly appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried to change WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helped or not:

Did all the connected devices have the same issue: failing to access Instagram and Facebook? both via Instagram/Facebook Apps and websites?

Please also delete the parental control profiles if there are any.

  @David-TP Thank you for your answer.

I forgot to metnion that i did had google DNS set manually on the DECO.
The parental controll is off.
The only pattern i had identified is that the fail is only on movilde devices (Tablets and phones)(android) dont have an iOS device to test.
One last effort i did was to factory reset the DECO system and set it up all over again, had the same result.
