Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553)

I recently updated to the new firmware and my previously stable network is having some major issues now.  My iPhone 14 randomly disconnects and I have to drop and rejoin, and a majority of my dozens of homekit switches and plugs including TP Link's own Kasa models go dark for hours at a time, or in some cases forever until I reinstall them in homekit.  Cameras, switches and plugs from multiple manufacturers all have issues now, it's super frustrating.

I previously had zero issues with the older firmware I was running (not 100% sure but I think 1.2 series?  It's been awhile since I have updated.)

Have these issues been reported elsewhere?  Is there a way I can provide logs so the engineering team can take a look?  The only thing that changed was this firmware.

Hello @IzBox

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

Can you please check if the LED on the AX11000 with change to orange/red when the dropping issue happens? Or does the LED stay white all the time?

Please also confirm if the issues only relate to the 2.4GHz wireless connection, or if both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz have the same issue.

How many wireless devices are connected to the AX11000 network? Are they dropping the connection at the same time or do they drop randomly? Please try to modify the wireless settings on the AX11000, such as channel, channel width, and security type, then monitor if the connectivity will be stable.

If nothing makes it stable, please save and send us the full system log on the AX11000, then we will have a specialist look into it further. You could email us at support.forum@tp-link.com.

@IzBox I have been having a possibly related issue where my 3 Ecobee HomeKit connected thermostats stop updating on HomeKit after approximately an hour to a few minutes of uptime.  I did not have these devices prior to your post so I can't say what it was like before the firmware update, but there is definitely some kind fo interference happening with HomeKit.  I hope TP Link is taking into account the change of HomeKit architecture in recent updates to Apple OS'.

@Alexheald it ended up being because the update turned WPA3 on and it's a buggy implementation so it made all the devices on my network that can use it throw a fit.  Switched back to WPA2 and it's been rock solid,
