  @Randy01

How far is your next base station away?

Does someone in here also has the issue that the internet connection is lost around 5pm and you manually need to select the profile again? It switches to empty.

Had this 3 days in a row now...

Do you mean there is a new issue now with your MR600, which loses internet access at 5 pm every day? Since it always happens at the same time, it might be related to the base station, could you please check if your cat7 has the same issue by monitoring it for about two days?

  @Sunshine

I dont have another router to test it with but it seems like the wifi says goodbye around this time. Happened again yesterday 5:20pm. Lan (and internet with it) worked like a charm but wifi was shut down. Did not find it. Needed to reboot but thats bad during work video calls

Hi,

The 4G+ LED on my MR600 v3 regularly switches between on and off.

Network Mode is 4G Only. Selected Manual Bands are 3 and 20 (Sunrise - Switzerland). ISP settings shd be correct and current (ISP File 23021501).

DL and UL speed varies considerably (despite 100% signal strength), e.g. some 65 Mbps DL / 36Mbps UL initially (at 20:50h) and 20Mbps DL / 33 Mbps UL some hours later (00:34h), then 47Mbps DL and 32Mbps UL (00:43h).

System Log also shows constant switching between LTE and LTE Plus, e.g. as follows:

3 2023-03-25 00:43:45 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE.
4 2023-03-25 00:43:11 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE PLUS.
5 2023-03-25 00:43:11 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE.
6 2023-03-25 00:43:10 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE PLUS.
7 2023-03-25 00:43:09 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE.
8 2023-03-25 00:43:08 4G Information USER: Network type is LTE PLUS.

Is there a way to get more stable DL/UL speeds / force 4G+?

Thanks,

Gerald

You mean Wi-Fi signal will disappear completely but the LAN and internet still works fine?

Is the Wi-Fi LED still light up at that moment?

When the problem happens next time, please don't reboot the router, login the web interface via LAN connection, then share with us screenshots of Wi-Fi Settings page and also system log file.

Quick question: I understand that there seems to be a new beta available for the MR600 v3 (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/604130?sortDir=ASC&page=1). Has anyone tried this beta whether it solves the various issues raised in this thread? Thanks

  @MobileRouter

Hi, the new beta firmware you mentioned is only for 5G Jio SIM issue in India, no other changes.

Therefore, there is no need to install that beta firmware for non-Jio users.
