  @Bluey42

Hi, thanks for your time and patience. I'm afraid there hasn't been an ETA for a specific model yet.

Can I have the model number and hardware version of your 4G/5G router? For 5G NX models, they might be faster than the rest.

Best regards.

Subject: Jio 5G SIM not working properly in TP-Link MR100 Router
3 weeks ago

Dear Jio Support Team,

I am facing frequent connectivity issues while using my Jio 5G SIM in a TP-Link MR100 (2018) router. The system log of the device shows the following error repeatedly:

4G: ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.

Due to this error, the internet connection is unstable and keeps disconnecting. The router works fine with other networks, which indicates the problem is related to Jio SIM compatibility.

Details:

  • Name: Naveen Chaudhari

  • Mobile Number: 8126764684

  • Router Model: TP-Link MR100 (2018)

  • Device Type: 4G LTE Router

  • SIM Card: Jio 5G

  • Issue: Frequent “Unsupport PLMN” error, unstable connection

I kindly request you to investigate this issue and provide a permanent solution or confirm whether the Jio 5G SIM is compatible with this router.

Looking forward to your assistance.

Thanks & Regards,
Naveen Chaudhari

@Sunshine I am using Archer NX 200 router. It works perfect with Airtel SIM but on JIO SIM, the internet is working on my macbook pro and Ipad pro. But neither on lan nor on mobile devices , internet is not working. I tried manual APN with PDP type : IPV4. But when selected this, the internet is not working at all on any devices. I am running this router on the latest software version: 1.0.0 3.0.0 v60e0.0 Build 240822 Rel.76438n ; Hardware version: Archer NX200 v2.0 00000000. Kindly support

Hi.  I have installed the upgrade Archer_MR600(EU)_V3_230811 .  However when I check my firmware version etc on the modem it now reads datacode202504291133 Ver3

This appears to be later than the beta version here?  How come?  Also I still have the watermark "Debug Use etc"  Any idea what is going on please?

Regards

Bluey
