Hi, please use the same username and password to login DynDNS website to see if it works, then double check if the domain name is also entered correctly, if so, please share with us screenshots of the DynDNS website and also the DynDNS settings page on MR600.

Hi, it seems that your DDNS provider is different, on the MR600 DDNS settings page, please select Dyndns and then click "Go to register...", you will be able to register a DynDNS domain name there and then check if it works fine on the MR600.
Note: Your screenshots include some private information, it is highly recommended to delete them or change your domain name/password etc.

This is noted, thanks a lot for the update.
Normally the DynDNS should also work, we will do more tests on our end to see if it can be reproduced.

@Sunshine I have the same issue. I know my credentials are correct. I can log into the DynDns website and verify the host name is correct. When I save it in my axe5400 it has instantly says "connection failed" I saw mention of special characters being an issue in the password for tplink connecting to DynDns but that's a requirement in modern passwords.
