Model: General Product
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.13

I've set up a whole home mesh Wifi network, with TP-Link's Mercusys AC1900 kit of 3 Halo WiFi nodes. It all works fine except that 4 of my Smart Plugs show in the app as offline. Devices next to them show as having strong or medium signal connection strength, and all the offline plugs switch on and off from my Smartlife App  and from Alexa instructions. This implies that they are connected but the app still thinks they are offline - Any thoughts?

  @JetDefloor

It is suggested to Halo APP -> More -> Advanced -> IPv4 to change the WAN DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for a try.

By the way, can I have a picture of your network topology of Halo, whether they are on the Wi-Fi Backhaul or Ethernet Backhaul?

And what is the current firmware version of Halo H50G?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

Hi David-TP. Halo H50G firmware 1.1.13 Network topology is wifi. My ISP's router is handling internet access and has wifi off. It connects via Lan cable to Living room - Main Halo. Another halo - in Kitchen. and another in a Bedroom.
