Can't connect Alexa to Deco X20 Voice on Deco X20 DSL network
Hi,
We encountered this same problem before which was solved here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/537190
We recently upgraded firmware due to HomeShield Pro recommendation and now we can't add Deco X20 Voice back to our network.
Is there a solution for this yet, or can you please re-supply the patched firmware?

Hi, Thank you very much for the message.
The previous beta firmware is for Deco X20-DSL and the version number is 1.0.4. Your current firmware for Deco X20-DSL 1.0.7 could still install the beta firmware via the web interface.
So far, there hasn't been a new beta firmware that is based on 1.0.7 and adds the fixed patch.

Ah, thanks I can see you have sent it by private message. Is there an open issue for this so it will become part of the next firmware update? Just a little concerned we can't do firmware updates for security etc.

Hi, there hasn't been a security risk for the beta firmware.
But the latest firmware has added some new features and fixed some potential bugs. Please hold on for a while and let me check whether there is a new patched firmware.

Are we able to get this patch for the X20 DSL merged into the main firmware branch so we can keep up to date normally? There are new firmware features that I'd like to use, as well as just being able to keep up to date with any security releases in the normal way. Can we get a timeline on this? The issue has been patched in this 'beta' for more than a year..Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the delay.
The new firmware 1.0.11 did mention it had fixed the previous bugs and I think the issue with Deco Voice X20 is included as well.
