I have UE306 USB 3.0 to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Network Adaptor and it keeps getting disconnected.
When I connect it to my laptop, it works for sometime and then gets disconnected and shows "No Internet" , while the UE306 Adaptor light blinks in a very fast way.


Upon troubleshooting in windows it says that "Default Gateway is not available" and it fixes that, but for short period of time, but this problem keeps coming back again and again and again.

 

Please kindly help me!!! Its URGENT

 

Also my ethernet cable is perfectly fine. My sister has UE300 and i plugged her adaptor into my PC and it worked fine and never showed any problems.

Hi, Have you tried to install the latest driver here:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/ue306/v2/#Driver

It is also suggested to test the UE306 on a different computer.

And if the issue continued, It is very likely the Ethernet adapter was broken. May I know how long have you had the adapter?
