Hi, is the wireless 5GHz LED light up?
Please make sure the 5GHz Wi-Fi SSID is different from the 2.4G and try to change the 5G channel from auto to static one such as channel 36, 40 etc.
In addition, please make sure your client device supports 5G WiFi and can see other 5G WiFi signal.
