1. For Omada EAP series (the wireless products), the firmware may be divided into different versions such as EU/US/CA/JP/EG due to the limitation of your region's wireless laws and regulations. Please ensure that you know which firmware version to download and you have downloaded the right firmware version for your Omada EAP devices before you try to upgrade the firmware.

2.
