Last Two days back

 

My Deco is not connecting with IP camera IMOU ranger and IMOU ranger 2.

this all happened after the last update.

 

I have taken my camera to another place and connected it with Deco M5. It is working and connecting perfectly.

I have done this installation and reset procedure 5 times. it is working over there.

 

But again at home. similar steps not connecting.

Hi, Would there be any error message when the IP cameras failed to connect to Deco?

Could you please help me run a simple test:

1. Enable the IOT network under Deco APP>More.

2. Set it to be 2.4ghz only with WPA2 as the wireless security.

3. Try to avoid special characters and symbols.

4. Turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

 

If it was still the same, It is suggested to record a video clip of the whole configuration process on the camera to send it to support.forum@tp-link.com.
