Hi,

 

I purchased the EAP655 from NewEgg which I realized after the fact was via a third party.

 

Devices arrived and when I view them in the controller I see the model as "EAP655-Wall(US) v1.0[Custom]", they came installed with 1.0.2 Build 20221115 Rel. 56474.

 

Will this cause issues down the line with firmware updates? I am assuming these are some sort of OEM device the market place might be illegally selling.

Hey, it should be OK, the EAP655-Wall(US)_V1_1.0.2 Build 20221115 is the latest firmware on the US official website.

My EAP655-Wall came with EAP655-Wall(US) v1.0[Custom], too. No concerns.
