Hi!

I have a problem in my home network. My router is an Archer C64 and I have an Archer T3U Plus usb adapter for my PC. I use Windows 10 on my PC.

The Wi-Fi communication between my computer and my router is not stable, and the connection often breaks irregularly, and the USB adapter stops working. I would need a device in the network that connects to the network via Wi-Fi, but my computer can connect to the device via the lan port (gigabit) and not via the usb adapter. My question is, can the Archer C64 router work as a main router in a mesh network with the Deco S7 or Deco M4 mesh router as a satellite router?

Yes, that's possible. Archer C64 supports EasyMesh either wired or wireless - check this thread.

Thanks for your answer.

Could another Archer C64 router be the solution to my problem, which I could use in an EasyMesh network? The second C64 router would be a satellite device to which my computer could be connected via a LAN port. If I understand correctly, there is no need to build a cable connection between the two routers, but they can communicate with each other via WiFi?
