  @mark25810  so i could not get it to speed up the uploads again so deleted the card and installed again, changed it to that same setting and it worked. changed it back to the other and it stopped and wont do it again now

i have found when i first install this card the upload speed on the speed checker shows good..but i do it a 2nd time...the speed checker i mean its back to minus numbers

my other wifi 6e card also uses the same stuff as this card and same results

Hi,

Have you already tried another speedtest website to re-confirm this upload behavior? (just google for "internet speed test" if you don't already have another website on hand)

Since you only mention upload speed, does that mean download speed is fine, lets say > 900 Mbps if the computer is close to the router?

  @woozle I Have tried loads the main one being ookla bother the webbased one and the app version

well because pc is a distance with this new card i am getting 400 to 500 speed. with the cheap one with the antennas that are fixed to it the speed was only 150 to 200mb so the download speed is increased but the upload speed is minus numbers

its the cards or something as my phone sat on the desk upload speeds are ok

fibre company will help no more :/

also i did attached the moveable antennas of the new one to the cheaper card and it gives the same speed as the new card download wise lol

Do I understand this correctly that you have another wifi 6e card that gives the same (bad upload) results? If yes, does that card also use an Intel AX210 M.2 module?

What upload speed behavior to you see when using another band, like 2.4 GHz?

  @woozle thats what i change that setting too when i have freshly installed either of the cards and speedtest right after show supload speed working but then a 2nd speedtest right after shows the upload speed back to minus in that setting above though i get nearly 600mbps download which is good but i need to upload things too

well before yesturday i was with another fibre company but it was via phoneline so upload speed was maybe about 13 but it ran all ok

i used that cheaper card i mentioned to you which was ok till this super fast wifi6 fibre. i think so as when i open adapter folder and then open the old wifi card it says....Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz

do you think its this type of card or module that does not agree with my pc?

maybe i should get a wifi 6 card and not wifi 6e?

forgot to say installed the new one again and it says exact same name as the cheaper card lol

  @mark25810

If the "old" card was shown by Windows as "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz", then there is no difference to the TXE75E, because it uses exactly the same Intel AX210 module.

So, if both cards showed the same slow upload behavior, then we can assume they are not faulty, because that would be an unbelievable coincidence.

Other than trying the lastest available driver (currently at version 22.250.x), i think there is not much that can be done, however.

Beside the popular speedtests, have you tested other means of uploading data? Like upload a Youtube video or, even better for testing, copy files from your computer to another device within your home network.

The "6E" just means the Wi-Fi card is capable of using the 6 GHz band in addition to the 5 GHz band and the 2.4 GHz band.
If you bought a Wi-Fi 6 card instead that uses Intel's AX200 module, then you might still face the same problem, as the AX200 and the AX210 are largely the same.

i have updated to the latest drivers.

makes no sense why there is no upload speed, i actually tried emailing one of my other email addresses some photos, did not send at all so deffo no upload speed there

im not tech minded but could my motherboard being older be the issue with the card being plugged in the pci slot

the old card worked with my normal slow fibre but with this being wifi6 do you think that could cause anything, saying that downloads are ok so who knows

  @mark25810

If possible test the card in another PCIe slot (provided there is/are any), but I doub't the motherboard being older would be an issue. Just make sure the motherboard BIOS is on the latest available version, as early versions might still have bugs occasionally.

Was the previous router you got from the other company a Wi-Fi 5 router?
