Hi, welcome to the community.

It seems like the satellite Garage Deco here is Deco X50-Outdoor.

Have you checked its current firmware version? Is it 1.2.4?

Is the X50-ourdoor connected to the main Deco XE75 via an Ethenret cable?

Thank you very much and best regards.

Firmware versions  @David-TP I'm having this problem as well. It's not happening currently but happens from time to time. I have a Xe75 Pro as the main and a second XE75 connected wirelessly to it and an third Xe75 wirelessly connected to the second one.

Sorry the screenshot is not correct. I just wanted to show you the issue with this picture. The issue happens every 2 or 3 days.

Please see below a screenshot of my Deco system. All the Deco units are connected wirelessly.

I'm noticing this too with my XE75 Pro. Only saw it after updating firmware to 1.2.7. The satellite (appears) to go off line for a couple of minutes then comes back on for about five before the cycle commences again. Only happening for about an hour in the early evening.

Found it annoying at first but now consider it a glitch as during the time the satellite is "off line", the green light stays on, devices remain connected and continue to work.

@cpatrick08

@Pedro109

Could you please help me submit the APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

I think the hardware itself works well but the Deco APP somehow failed to sync the right status.

A new Deco APP (3.6.45 for IOS and 3.6.65 for Android) was released a few days ago. Please also make sure your Deco APP is up-to-date.

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

  @David-TP I submitted them and in the comments section I put a link to this form topic. My app is up to date and just had the problem. Ticket #TKID231238732

Yes, think your right about the app. Haven't seen the issue (except for a single brief instant) after updating the app. That brief instant was only for about 2 seconds and directly after opening the app. I'm ready to call it fixed (based on how frequently it was occurring before the update) but will make further comment if I see it again.
