I have packet loss issues in accesspoint mode. I also see my ipv6 address renew frequently on my Android device

I got this issue fixed by restarting my TP-Link PoE switch in my network

Hi, may I know the topology of your whole network? please connect the same device to your main router for comparison as well.

 

Also let us know the complete firmware version of your AX55 because we have an official firmware and also a public beta firmware which are both 1.2.6 Build 20231130, but the rel numbers are different.

I have a vague picture of the firmware version for now, but I can copy it when I get home. It's directly connected to the ISP modem/router.

Hi, since the modem has the same issue, you need to contact your ISP for assistance.

No, the ISP modem does not have packet loss, but the ax55 does.
