Specifically blocking anything to do with Instagram is not working. I've tried using just the word "instagram" as a catchall but that doesn't work. I then proceeded to see all the INSIGHTS and blocked those. The chat is still working. Image below shows the list of websites I'm trying to block. This used to work, but it stopped.
This could be tricky because some of the social media may use a hardcoded IP address to connect to their servers.
In this case there's nothing you can do - this has been observed before with tik-tok and others.
@terziyski I've also tried to block "Social Networking" as a category, but it didn't block anything. I can see under "Insights" the websites that are being visited and they show as being blocked, but nothing changes on the computer I'm trying to limit access.
