Deco Network not visible for certain 2.4Ghz devices
Hi,
I have tried searching the forums but was unable to find any reference.
I have this Mesh network running and one of my devices cannot find the network. This is 2.4Ghz only device. I have selected the 2.4Ghz to be active on the mesh network, and the 5Ghz is inactive, still the device does not see the 2.4Ghz network broadcasted by the Deco.
I have also created a "guest" Network with 2.4Ghz only, but this is also not visible.
The device in question is a Honeywell T6R thermostat using the Lyric app.
When I defer to the default wifi supplied by the router it shows up just fine in the app and connects, it just will not detect the TP link mesh network broadcasted by the Deco's.
I have tried the fora at honeywell as well but unfortunately no solution found.

Hi, are there any special characters in the Wi-Fi SSID for Deco, such as<;><_><">?
Special Characters are not suitable as Wi-Fi Name and Password
Maybe you could try a guest SSID without a password, 2.4GHz only: name with only numbers and letters, like 12345abcd.
After that, please also go to Deco APP>More>Network Optimization and could you please help me check what is the wireless channel on the Deco X60 now?
