Hi,

I am using Tapo camera using SD card 128 GB as the data backup. However after every 24 hours after midnight the recording of previous day gets erased and overwritten and I am not able to see it in the App. Can someone suggest how to extend the recording to a week or two? Thank you so much.

Hi,
Usually, the 128G SD card can store video clips longer(more than 1 day). In this situation, you may not select the correct date on the camera's Playback page thus you can't see that day's video clips.
