HB810 is a customized version for local internet service providers so its firmware hasn't been uploaded to the TP-Link official website or any official channels.

If you are looking for the download link of the older version, you could try to contact Singtel.

For the speed issue you are experiencing now, have you tried to restart both HB810 and ISP router, and then check the speed again? If possible, it is also suggested to reset HB810 and configure it again.

I talked with the engineer earlier and he could help me find a download link of the older 0.2.0 version.

In the meantime, since the new 0.3.0 firmware is the latest version for HB810(SGST) , we hope you could help me check more details about the speed issue mentioned here after firmware upgrade"After I updated to 0.3.0 3.0.0 v6095.0 Build 240124 Rel.65899n I'm only getting Download Speed: 0.32 mbps, Upload Speed: 0.10 mbps."

• Is it the wireless speed( 6Ghz or 5Ghz) from HB810? or the Ethernet cable speed?

---If it is the wireless speed, can I have the model number of the device that was used to test the speed?

• Do you use a standalone HB810 or use it to establish Mesh system with othe HB810(or Agnet Mesh APs)?

Since HB810 is a customized model for local internet service providers, its firmware will not be uploaded to the official website so there isn't a direct download link.

Have you tried to reach the ISP support for the previous firmware version?

If you contacted them already with no result, could you please send an email to the local SG technical support and they could help us forward the request to the responsible team for further assistance.
