Model: Deco BE95
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I'm about to set up my BE33000, I have 3 units, my main node I was gonna connect straight to the modem using the wan/lan combo port on the deco, question I wanted to connect the other 2 decos to the main node, for an Ethernet backhaul, does it matter which other ports the 2 decos are plugged into? I will have a 10g port and 2 2.5g ports available? I will also be plugging a 4 port switch into the main node for other devices, or I can plug the other 2 decos straight to the modem, but that would mess up networking them together? Any recommendations and info is greatly appreciated before I run my cable, thanks

  @turtleman27

Hi, if you want to connect more than one Deco BE95s directly to the ISP modem, the "ISP modem" should be a modem-router combo, and then Deco needs to be set into Access Point mode.

For other details about Ethernet Backhaul, please refer to:

Thank you very much and best regards.
