Model: XX230v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.1.4 build 230710 Rel.22074n | Custom ver: ONT Lab 1.0

Hey guys,

I have a Gpon ONU XZ000-G3 and I used it months ago and so I no longer used the HGU vivo 1 and it worked normally.

Due to a change of address, being in the same neighborhood, I changed the HGU for the Wi-Fi 6 model and from then on I was no longer able to make this Gpon work for authentication.

Part of the POINT is fine, because I converted again because of the new HGU and I also got the new Gpon password. How do I use the custom firmware, I need to insert the CTC and T-CONT fields

I don't know where to find this information.

I even bought a tp-link xx230v but I had no success.

Could you please help me

  @andre_sp

Hi, XX230v is often provided by the internet service provider directly to their users and usually they are pre-configured so users could plug-and-play after receiving it.

If you purchase it on your own, I'm worried about the compatibility issue.

So If you can't configure it properly with the correct internet credentials, It is suggested to return this model first and apply for a compatible model  directly from the service provider.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP

Hello,

I bought the xx230v on my own and even using the correct provider credentials it does not close the PPPoE connection.

I connect the operator's fiber (vivo) to the xx230v, configure the gpon password and everything else, set vlan 10... but it doesn't connect.

The only way the xx230v works is if I leave the operator's HGU (Router) alive in bridge mode, connect the network cable that comes from this HGU to the xx230v and then the PPoE login and password works.
