my wireless network for the extender is automatically getting disabled. my wireless channels LEDs are off. but i can see the device on the utility and it connects to the utlitiy which means it is on my powerline network. however the wireless is off...

when i try to go into each of them and try to enable the radio button  and save it, this is failing.

I tried to reset and pair again, but this isnt working either.

When i hold the wi-fi button on the extender for 3 secs (or 8 secs) the light flashes once and turns off.

Has the device gone faulty? or is there anything i can do to fix it ??

Thanks

Hi

It is recommended that you reset the extender and check whether the default Wi-Fi can be detected: Use a pin to press and hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds to reset the powerline extender to factory default settings.
Do you only have one adapter and one extender at home?

  @Joseph-TP

As you can see, my wifi can recognise both the extenders. so i think they are working fine. Just that the last 2 lights on the extender doesnt show up...only the first 2 lights blink. and and I am not able to connect wirelessly to it.

I have done the reset thing. Still i see that when i go into the device and try to enable the "Enable wireless radio" button and click save, i see briefly that its on and immediately it goes off.

Hi

It is advisable to visit the provided link for guidance on updating your extender:
How to update the firmware of Powerline ac Extender via web-based management interface
May I ask when you acquired the powerline product?
If upgrading does not address the concern, it is suggested that you reach out to your retailer to inquire about your warranty status.
