Sorry, we can not reset your password remotely, whatever kind of password it is.

If you want to change the wireless password, there are two methods to customize wireless settings of your Router:

1. Through the web management page,

2. Through the Tether APP

If you forgot your wireless password, there are multiple methods to retrieve your Wi-Fi password:

1. The Router's label

   If you haven't personalized your Wi-Fi password or if you have a new router, you can find the default SSID and password on the label located at the back of the router. However, if you're unable to connect to it, try to reset the router by pressing and holding the button until the LED blinks to reset the router to its factory.

2. Web Management Interface

    Connect your PC to the Router by Ethernet, login http://tplinkwifi.net with the router admin password, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings to view your Wi-Fi password.

3. Tether APP

    Open the Tether APP and login your device with the admin password, go to Tools > Wireless Settings to view your Wi-Fi password.
