@Marvin_S is there any plan to support LAN aggregation? If I have several of them to build a mesh network (same router), can I set a guest network on all nodes?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Sorry that we can not know whether this model will support LAN aggregation in the future.
Currently, Guest network only works on main router under Easymesh network.
Best regards.

please extend the supporting of Guest Network, IoT Network, WPS function also for Satellite Router!!!!! I cannot only operate the IoT on the small area of main router or let guest stays only there. These are brilliant ideas but current implementation makes them hard to use.

Hi @Marvin_S
I had previously raised a concern regarding QoS degrading network performance on this device (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/threads/topic/814298).
Even after upgrading to the latest firmware version, which was released a few days back, the issue has not been resolved.
Can I get some information regarding whether this issue is being/will be addressed by the team or not?
So far it seems that TP-Link doesn't care about this issue despite receiving multiple complaints.

Question. The BE400 seems to only have mu-mimo but the cheaper be230 seems to have 2x2 mu-mimo. Is this a mistake in the spec or is this correct?
Why would a cheaper router have better tech inside

Hi,
For a Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi access point to be able to transmit data to Multiple Users simultaneously 2x2 MU-MIMO is the absolut minimum.
Why TP-Link doesn't mention the actual numbers for the Archer BE400 I do not know. Given the BE400's antenna layout I would assume that the BE400 supports 2x2 MU-MIMO for the 2.4 GHz band (because it has two 2.4 GHz antennas) and 4x4 MU-MIMO for the 5 GHz band (because it has four 5 GHz antennas).

Thanks for info. Wonder if anyone from tp-link could confirm 100%. Ordered b230 on Amazon but now days 3week wait. But I could have the b400 tomorrow although it's £50 more expensive just wanted to make sure I was getting more bang for my buck. Only on a half gig connection at present but hope to increase soon

Yes. woozle is correct. Archer BE400 also support 2x2 MU-MIMO.
I've reported it to the team and requested them to update the info on the website.
