Model: Tapo C325WB  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.17

So, recently the quality of live view, photos and clips became really bad in 2K mode.
I have the latest firmware, restarted camera, toggled HDR on/off but the results ar the same.
I get blocky compression artifacts that makes it almost impossible to recognize any persons in the recordings.

Any idea what is wrong?

15:35 is 720p
15:34 is 2k

The videos look the same with the artifacts changing every 2 seconds.

You may refer to the instructions below to utilize the spotlight to improve lighting conditions and check if it will help in this case.

Hi,
This problem may be related to the installation location and usage environment of the camera. Could you please adjust the position of the camera lens to reduce the water surface shooting as much as possible on the camera's monitoring screen, and then check if there will be any improvement?

Hi  @Solla-topee 

If I change the angle I will not be able to see the persons face if they are standing on top of the dock, so that is not possible.

But I doubt that this is the cause of the problem, since videos look fine in 720p but not in 2k.

I have moved my yacht to a new position but the issue remains.
