Hi everyone,

I'm using a TP-Link HB710 router provided by my ISP, MyRepublic, but I keep facing Wi-Fi issues.

While using Wi-Fi on my MacBook, the connection suddenly drops, even though it says I'm still connected.

Sometimes, the Wi-Fi disconnects completely. I've tried standing right next to the router, but the problem still occurs.

I'm facing the same issue with Wi-Fi on my phone.

I'm using the default router settings, and the LED light on the router always stays green.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks!

Hi, welcome to our community.

As HB710 is a customized model by some ISP only, it is a pity that we can know much less than common models.

Here are some common suggestions for your reference:

1)Disable the fast roaming and Beamforming feature for a try. Disable the Mesh Technology switch for a client and then check if it will be stable.

2)Open a guest network with same encryption to test.

If it does not work, it is more suggested to contact local technical support or your ISP for direct help.
