I was able to get a pre-release firmware that "apparently" fixed this issue. I had to update the firmware through Telnet (I used Putty). I find that my Main Deco unit CPU is always cranked to 100% use, though I'm not sure if this was the case prior to the new firmware (never cared to look).

 

I find that it still blocks or overly scrutinizes and delays loading of some common sites I use. However, adding the main domains (i.e. google.com) to the Approved Sites list quickly resolves this issue.
