Hi @Nara13,

Tether APP lets you access your TP-Link devices on your smartphone( which is available for mobile devices only now), and brings an easier way to help accomplish the most common settings such as Internet connection, wireless network name and password, access control rules etc.
Tether is now available on APP Store and Google Play. 
Tether APP cannot work on PC. You can login to the Web Management of the range extender via PC to manage it.
