BE550/BE9300 - Drops data connection on WIFI

Hi there,
Having upgraded to the Archer BE550/BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router, I find that I experience an unreasonable amount of buffering which my previous router didn't do.
Anyone having the same issue and potenially found a resolution?
What is experience i have -
1) During browsing on my laptop(s), via the various family iPhones connected, and using applications such as Facebook, Instragram, YouTube etc. the application(s) frequently pause loading and the spinning wheel appears for 20 to 30 seconds. Being on a high speed broadabnd connection with 800Mb download and 45Mbit upload, and not experienceing this on the previous routher I unsure what else to try from what I done below.
Devices this is experienced on, all has the latest OS updates, driver updates,
1) iPhone 12 Pro (Wi-Fi 6), iPhone 13 Pro (Wi-Fi 6) and iPhone 16 Pro (Wi-Fi 7).
2) Surface Pro 8 (Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz 5GHz, Channel 64, 1729,1297Mbps)
3) Macbooks Air (Wi-Fi 6)
Devices not experiencing the issue,
1) Desktop + xbox, which is cabled (CAT6) into the router.
Things tried to resolve the issue,
1) Optimising Wi-Fi channels
2) Adding, removing OFDMA/MU-MIMO (this is normally enabled)
3) Different Wi-Fi Security methods with WPA2-PSK[AES]+WPA-PSK[TKIP], WPA3-Personal, WPA3-Personal+WPA2-PSK[AES] - (WPA3-Personal, is normally enabled)
4) TWT On/Off (this is normally disabled)
5) Guest Wi-FI Off (this is normally disabled)
6) 6GHz Off (this is normally disabled)
7) Various Channel bandwidth (normally enabled 2.4GHz (20MHz), 5GHz (20/40/80/160MHz)) 64 DFS.
8) Smart connect (Enabled)
8) MLO On/Off
9) Updating DNS(s) to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8

Hi@MInty99,
Thank you for contacting our community. Did you try the suggestions that I have sent before?
The high buffer may be caused by DNS resolution delay or network congestion. You can try the following suggestions:
- Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 How to Change the DNS servers
- Set QoS for specific devices. How to set up QoS
Here are some for wireless client devices unstable:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed, it should be put in open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Change the wireless channel into another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
3) For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.

Hi@nfddgdgdgdgdgdg & @Goshox,
May I know, is there any update for your router?
Has the high buffering issue improved? If so, can I know what troubleshooting steps you tried? If not, can you provide a screenshot of the error message?
Please also try the following suggestions:
- Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 How to Change the DNS servers
- Set QoS for specific devices. How to set up QoS

I regret buying this router I have nothing but issues with this piece of crap, i have tested all my hardware such as pc, Xbox, ps5 and connection wired is fine no packet loss but my phone is crapping itself when I make a video call via watsapp. I get a error message on watsapp saying connection not stable move to another location when am standing next to the piece of crap and when I do a packet loss test on my phone it has lost 100% packets and the internet disconnects and reconnects. On all my other devices I have zero packet loss wired but wireless with this piece of useless junk is another story. Other devices wireless have also packet loss, but wired zero packet losses, my internet is not the problem because wired from the same router I get zero packet losses and I tested packet loss tests over 45 times per device wired, I spent a entire day just doing pack lost tests on my wired devices because if something came up on wired devices and if there was a packet losses on a wired connection then it would be my connection to blame or a cable but wired zero packet losses, which means this junks wireless is to blame, Tplink for the love of god fix this please stop making my life miserable you won't like it if someone makes Ur life miserable. I just want to be able to connect to this piece of crap and use my phone is that too much to ask for?

@Chirs all tp link do give when they refer you to there so called technicians u get a beta firmware which is over a year old and doesn't even work. Then they ask to remote connect to Ur pc or laptop, guess what if u don't have one? Tough luck, they say bye bye, absolute joke, it's astonishing how tp link has become this absolute pathetic company, tplink use to be the forefront of networking now it's just a piece of crap. THIS router has so many issues of wireless disconnecting and packet loss issues yet they don't fix it. Just Google this router and watch how many bad reviews come up, it's one the most returned items on Amazon. I had nothing but issues, I was told by one of the admins here in there reply like a some what of a threat, NOT TO POST under other people's comments and replys since the posts I am replying to are not relevant and I can be banned. Yet here U are saying same issue, so TPLINK do U understand English? What does same issue mean? Then I get a tplink person on here telling me to disable a setting in the router that doesn't even exist, I literally had enough and returned this junk and replaced this router with a Asus one and guess what not a single issue. Please return the router when u can asap and don't bother trying to fix it, tplink are no help, most of there emails is nonsense just random text saying how sorry they are and how they here to help and do literally nothing. Trust me get another bran router.
