Hi, i've just purchased the TP-LINK Wireless N USB Adapter (TL-WN821N) As i was a huge step up from my previous USB adapter the TL-WN821N has also caused me alot of headache and had i not stumbled on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0OBRHJwVyg i would've scratched my head still. I couldn't for the love of god understand why every Steam game i tried just sent me back to the desktop after i couple of minutes/seconds. It turned out that it was the file TWCU.exe, which is basically the software that came along with the TL-WN821N, that caused the problem.. I tried everything but after watching the video i ended up just uninstalling all the TP-LINK software and now i use my old Deltaco USB Adapter again,. It's not as fast as the TL-WN821N but atleast i get to play my games without them crashing/minimising back to the desktop. Is there a way around this problem where i could use my new "TP-LINK Wireless N USB Adapter (TL-WN821N)" again or is i just better to return it to the computer shop whwre i bought it and get a different brand? I would appreciate some advice in this matter. And for you still struggling with how to fix this problem with the TL-WN821N, just watch the video.

Sincerely
Isak from Sweden

You can select "install the driver only" when running the disk or just install the driver manually.
Download the driver here and find an FAQ to install it.
