Model: Archer BE550
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Crashed this morning after 2 months of service. Got all lights up after a restart but could not connect via wifi or ethernet. Had to go back to my Archer VR2100 to continue working. Please help. This was an expensive router and we need faultless service as we both work from home.

Hi @Moonwalker103,

Thank you for contacting our community.

Is there any error message? Please take screenshots with the error message and send them here.

May I know who your internet service provider is?

For your issue, please follow the suggestions:

1) Ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your modem to the Router is properly connected, and replace old wires with new ones.

2) Change the DNS Server of the Router, log in to the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and change the two DNS Servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?
