The maximum number of devices supported by each band of RE305 is 16. However, the actual number of connections may fluctuate due to the actual environment.

The number of devices that can connect to a TP-Link RE depends on the specific model. Single-band extenders, like the TL-WA850RE, typically support around 8 devices. Dual-band extenders, such as the RE450 or RE650, can handle up to 32 devices, with some potentially supporting more. Some newer models, like the RE550, may also support up to 32 devices.
