My email address has been closed by my ISP. How do I change it - there are no options in the account fields

As you mentioned, the same email ID is gonna used for both Deco X50-4G and Deco X50-5G. Do you actually want to use different emails for each network?

Hi David,

Yes, I want to change my email address since the old one will soon expire.

Does that mean that my current, working, network not will be manageable through the app that shows my current email address?

I do not want different emails for each network, I want my new email address to manage both networks.

Is this doable?

Hi, 

An expired email will not stop the Mesh network from working well. It would only become a problem when you want to change(or forget) the Deco APP login password, as the expired email can no longer receive a verification code.

 

Deco Mesh network can only be bound to one email ID. If you want to change to a new email, you can still refer to How to change the owner account on Deco APP to change email ID. After Deco is bound to the new email, you would need to log into the new email ID to manage Deco Network on the Deco APP.

Before the expiration of the old email, you can still use it as a manager account if needed:
