Hi, I have the dreaded flashing blue light after I upgraded the firmware, I'm sure I did it right I had no issues when installing the previous firmware I have done all the usual stuff like factory reset and rebooting , it also won't connect to the internet and won't connect to the app either, can anyone help please.
Regards.

@Philindiss Hi, I have managed to un brick the x50 , in the app I pressed the plus button where you are given 3 options the first two didn't work but the third which was (create a new network) did I was finally able to connect to the x50 and go through the process, it's now running perfectly, it's also got the latest firmware installed, this might be useful to others who get stuck with the dreaded blue flashing light of doom.

If you have another phone or tablet available i would install the deco app on it and sign in and try to add it to a new network and see what happens
If it doesn't work get back to us

Hi, welcome to the community.
I noticed the firmware version you put is 1.1.7. Is it also the firmware you have updated?
The latest firmware for Deco X50-5G_v1 is 1.3.0 Build 20250724 now:

If the LED is flashing blue now, somehow it is back to the configuration mode. Have you tried to set it up again on the Deco APP>"+" on the top right>"create a network"?
Main Deco Failed to Complete Setup
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

You can try to remove it from the app but you will have to set up your network again
From the Network tab click on the image of your deco, then on the next screen click it again, at the top right look for the three vertical dots and click them, Now click remove
If it lets you remove the deco i would then reset it again and then try to set it up in the app

Hi, Deco App also supports local login without internet access after setup.
But if the Deco is flashing blue, it hasn't created its local WiFi. During this time, you might need to log into the Deco APP via mobile data or another working network to set it up first.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@Philindiss Hi, I think the root cause of this is the fact that it won't connect to the internet, I am using a known working sim so that's not the problem, looks like i have a bricked router marvellous .
thanks for your reply.

Were you able to go into the app and remove all the decos from the app?
As David said you may need to be on a device with WiFi or a data plan to get the start up going again
