unable to connect Eufy x10 pro omni

Trying to connect Eufy X10 robot vacuum but it won't connect. Tried everything on the Eufy page but still nothing. I already have a Eufy lr35 which connects with no issue.
It shows listed in the Deco app but when connecting states router not connected to the internet when it is...every other WiFi device is working correctly.

Yes, rang Eufy yesterday and waiting for their tech to contact me. Thought I'd cover all bases by checking the Deco, you have been much more efficient than them!
Shocking really that buying an expensive item there is no real/quick support when something doesn't work as it should.

Few things to try.
1. Turn off the 5 GHz band by going into the deco app then click on More > WiFi Settings > 2,4 Ghz & 5 GHz Network > Advanced > Band > Uncheck 5 GHz and see if it will connect now
2. If suggestion #1 didn't work click on More > Guest Network > Turn on Guest Network if its off > Create a password > Now try to connect the Eufy to the guest network

@HelpFixDecoApp Thank you for your reply. I have already tried both of those suggestions.
I have completely switched off 5ghz and tried the guest network but neither helped.
The message in the Eufy app states the router can't connect to the internet which isn't true as everything else WiFi is fine.

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco M4?
Please make sure the camera was not blocked.
Then please refer to this link to change the IPV4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helped:

By the way, have you tested connecting the Eufy X10 Pro Omni to another WiFi or mobile hotspot?

Hi David, yes I tried a hotspot but that didn't help either. I will try your suggestion later and come back.
The Firmware is above but I don't understand the camera comment?

That hasn't worked either. I've attached screenshots & the message from the X10 says router cannot connect to the internet. I know it is working as everything else is working fine.
Very expensive lump of plastic so far....

If the Eufy X10 has the same error when trying to connect to the mobile hotspot, have you tried reaching out to Eufy support to see whether there is anything wrong with the camera?
