Deco x50 ping, jitter and lag spikes

I have ping issues when I'm playing. I have my previous netgear modemrouter as a bridge and i have 3 Decos all across the house. This started 6 days ago when my usal 45 ms ping was movving on 90 ms, paired with jitter, lag spikes. I do have to note that my decos are wirelessly connected and my pc is connected to one of my Deco, but thsi cannot be the issue since they are in the same position as they were on 45 ms ping. I have all 3 routes on good signal strenght. I tried to reboot countless times and even deleted the whole network but nothing has changed. I tried to put my pc on QoS but it only fixed the occurancy of the spikes but not fully eliminated. I hope my Deco is not dying because i bought them 1 month ago.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Is the gaming PC connected to one of the satellite Deco X50s via an Ethernet cable or 5GHz WiFi?
How about the average network speed on the PC?
Can you consistently reproduce the following issue:
"my usual 45 ms ping was moving on 90 ms, paired with jitter, lag spikes"
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
- Set the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
- If the game PC is connected by WiFi, please also turn off "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP:

I have my pc connected via ethernet cable. This whole situation is weird because i changed nothing on the setting nor the deco itself that would impact the connection, but the decos are conected wirelessly, the signal is good/green. So literally nothing changed but my ping. I tried 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 dns but nothing changed. Thx for the reply tho, i will set the dns and see the condition!

Hi, thanks for the update.
Is it possible to connect the Gaming PC via an Ethernet cable to the main Deco X50? Will the ping still be as high as 90ms?
-If it is inconvenient to move the PC, how about the network speed on the Gaming PC when it is connected to one of the satellite Deco X50s?
Can I have a screenshot of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:
I'll also follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for other suggestions.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I cannot connect my pc to the main deco, as it's not in my room and it's just impossible to switch my desktop pc with the family's desktop pc. thinking of returning the product because nothing has worked so far, I posted on reddit and all the suggestions i got so far did not improve a single thing. I will link how my ping looks during the lagspikes in video games and also how the deco app looks like. Also the deco started to do a periodic red flash and continues to be green and flashes red again in a 3-5 minute period. I check the deco app but it has no connectivity issues, or at least not displayed in the app. This is weird again because nothing was changed in the settings and the devices in the house are in the same position and the decos were bought new on August 1st. For the pictures: The deco app is in my mother tongue but i'm sure you arr similar with the layout and on the game footage, my friend took it for me because my ping was not correctly displayed but all my 3 other friends witnessed the same.
Best regards,
Bence

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.
Did the game PC connect to the second satellite Deco X50 or the third Deco X50?
How about the network speed on the game PC?
A new firmware -1.7.1 Build 25080612 was released a few days ago. It is also suggested to manually update to 1.7.1 to see whether it helps:
Deco X50(EU)_V1_1.7.1 Build 25080612
By the way, can you consistently reproduce this issue?
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.
