Firmware Version:

Hello,

I recently started using Archer BE400 in order to get wider range and get many devices connected at the same time with good internet speed and without network congession however i observed few of my security cameras are facing difficulties to make a steady connection. I would like now to seek your advice as thinking to gor for buying another TP-Link compatible Mesh device, extender or router - Kindly suggest what can be the best and most cost effective option to be used with Archer BE400 which is an easy mesh supporting device.

RE705X, RE715X extenders--- C80 or BE230 (routers however not sure if can be used as extender with BE400) are few options which i could come up with while surfing the different sites.

I am also conscious to spend money for a device which must remain relavant and compatble for future years.

Many thanks in advance

Hello @PakStar ,

Welcome to our community.

I think the most intuitive comparison can be categorized:

If you want to extend the EasyMesh network via Ethernet Backhaul, routers are the first choice. The range extenders you mentioned do not currently support Ethernet Backhaul.

Of course, if you have other details you would like to confirm, please don't hesitate to reply here.
