Regarding C220 Calling Sound
Sir ji regarding C220 when I make a call from this Camera the sound is very slow so much that I can't even hear it There is also an option to hold the mic button in the camera and if I talk to it, I get a very loud sound, whereas when I call, the voice sound is not even half of that. I have tried everything to make the voice calling sound louder, but the voice calling sound is not getting louder if I hold it down Sound is very loud. I have already told the Tapo team about this many times. The camera does not detect two-wheelers. I have already told you about this many times.Because the streets here are narrow, Only two wheelers can come here.

1. Regarding the feature request to detect two-wheeler cars as vehicles, I have logged it and forwarded it to the relevant team for evaluation. However, implementing a new feature may require a long-term analysis, evaluation, and consideration. We don't have information on whether this feature can be added to the product or when it might be available.
If you are concerned about someone invading your property, you can try enabling the motion/person detection function.
2. If you just want to talk with the person in front of the camera, you may use the Talk feature.

When I talk to someone using Talk Feature, it often happens that the other person starts speaking at the same time. Because the button has to be held while talking, the incoming sound from the other side gets cut off, and I can’t hear the other person properly. As a result, I have to ask them to repeat the same thing again and again.
While using Talk Feature, the hold button has to be released quickly; if it’s not released on time, the other person has already spoken half of what they wanted to say, and I only get to hear a part of it.
In contrast, during a voice call, both people can speak and listen simultaneously, making it easier to pause and listen when the other person is talking.
This is why I feel the need for voice calling. Therefore, I once again request the Tapo team to kindly fix the firmware bug that reduces the sound volume during voice calls and make the sound as loud and clear as it is in Talk mode. Thank you.

इसके विपरीत, वॉयस कॉल में दोनों व्यक्ति एक ही समय पर बात कर सकते हैं और सुन भी सकते हैं, जिससे बातचीत में आसानी होती है और सामने वाले के बोलने पर दूसरा व्यक्ति सहज रूप से चुप हो सकता है।
इसी कारण मुझे वॉयस कॉल की आवश्यकता महसूस होती है। अत: मैं टापो टीम से पुनः निवेदन करता हूँ कि कृपया फर्मवेयर में मौजूद उस बग को ठीक करें, जो वॉयस कॉलिंग के दौरान ध्वनि को धीमा कर देता है, और आवाज़ को टॉक मोड की तरह तेज़ व स्पष्ट करने का प्रयास करें। धन्यवाद....

The Call feature on the Tapo Camera utilizes echo cancellation technology, which prevents sound from the camera's speaker from being picked up by its microphone, and vice versa. As a result, the sound output during a Call is generally quieter compared to when using the Talk feature. The Tapo C220 is an indoor camera, and the sound from the Call feature is usually sufficient when the camera is used indoors.

@Solla-topee Thank you sir 😊. Yesterday, I upgraded the firmware you provided to the Tapo C220 camera and then tested the voice calling sound. The voice calling sound is now much louder than before.
