XX530v Addition of IPv6-VoIP mode
XX530v Addition of IPv6-VoIP mode
I would like to get one feature added in the next global update, which also fixes the IPv6 Android 15 Bugs as well as MAC Clone speed limits.
IPv6 VoIP mode is there, but it's not available on the said firmware. I would like that to be added on the upcoming update aswell.
My ISP requires Static IPv6 Profile and IPv6 SIP Proxies to be added, in order to use the VoIP functionality.
Local TP-Link Support isn't helpful, I have been mailing them since a year, response is all bluff.

Thank you very much for your feedback and request.
I've sent your request to the relevant team and hope they will consider including this modification in future updates.
However, I can't give you a definite estimated date whether or when it will become available.![]()

@Kevin_Z Hello Chief!
Thank You for the update on this particular issue. There is no rush from my side, but I really hope that the MAC Cloning 50Mbps bug fix is also being resolved alongside the VoIP IPv6 request. These 2 things are making this router to not be as pleasant as the other routers, such as Nokia, ZyXEL, Huawei, ZTE etc. As soon as these things are fixed and updated, there will be an influx of buyers for this in many regions.
Thank You again for listening to the concerns of the community and forwarding the feedback to the developers!

@Kevin_Z Hey Chief!
I have found yet another thing, there is no TR-069 data entries for VoIP and VoIP v6 in XX530v v1.0
I would like you to send this image to the concerned firmware engineer and make sure they fix it.
The XX530v v2.0 might have the options fixed, so I would suggest to have a look on both the ONTs and get it fixed!
In the image, X_TP_ViaIPv6 should return 1 or 0, and not undefined...

As learned from the engineers, the MAC Cloning 50Mbps bug fix is on its way. Once thoroughly tested and ready for a stable release, you will receive a new version.

@Kevin_Z Hey Chief!
Thanks for the update on the MAC Clone Fix.
Although I am more inclined to the IPv6 VoIP addition, it's still a massive thing for all of us!
Thank You for listening to the community feedbacks. It means a lot to us!

@Kevin_Z Thank you for the clarification! I've just updated mine but the problem was still here, so I thought it wouldn't be fixed.
But now I know fix is in its way! Thank you again, KEVIN_Z

@IfranAli You could create a feature request in a section that supports it (i.e. "DSL Routers"). Then people can vote on this and this might gain more traction.

Unfortunatelly, xPON section is not opened for feature requests in the moment, so people create feature requests for xPON products in other sections of this community (like WIFI Routers, DSL Routers, etc....)
Good luck!
