i've bought 4/four camera TAPO C220 four days ago and, yesterday, I've subscribed TAPO Care Premium for 1/one year.

 

using the "Updated" App TAPO (Version 3.14.520) on XIAOMI mobile phone, the item "recording schedule" is missing.

 

Browsing the web, I found that a Micro SD card is mandatory.
Is that true?
If so, Tapo Care Premium is useless.
How do I get a refund?

Hi,
1. A microSD card is not mandatory; you can use it only when needed.

 

2. The Recording Schedule option is available only after a microSD card is inserted. If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, the camera will store the detection video clips on our cloud server when it's working.

 

3. About the Tapo Care cancellation and refund, please refer to the instructions below.
